Frequently asked

Everything runners and organizers ask most. If your question is not here, write to us — we answer within a day.

Registering

Do I need an account to register?

You can browse every race and read the full event information without an account. Registering creates one, because we need somewhere to keep your bib, your waiver and your results.

Can I register someone else?

Yes. On the runner information step, enter their details rather than yours. The confirmation and bib go to the email you enter there, and the receipt goes to you.

When do I get my bib number?

Immediately. Your bib appears on the confirmation screen and on your profile. Physical bibs are collected at the expo or on race morning, depending on the event.

What if a race is full?

Full races show a waitlist button instead of Register. If a spot opens, waitlisted runners are offered it in order and have 24 hours to claim it.

Money

What is the service fee?

A flat $2.90 per registration, shown in the order summary before you pay. There is no percentage cut on top, and no fee at all on free events.

Can I get a refund?

Cancellations more than 14 days before race day are refunded in full, automatically. Inside 14 days it is at the organizer's discretion — the refund policy on each event page states which applies.

What happens if a race is cancelled?

If an organizer cancels, every entry is refunded in full including the service fee, and you are notified by email and in the app. See the cancellation policy for weather postponements.

Race day and results

How does check-in work?

Show the QR code on your race pass at the check-in tent. It works offline once you have opened it, so no signal at the start village is fine.

When are results posted?

Within two hours of the last finisher for chip-timed races. You get a notification the moment yours is live, with your splits, placings and a share card.

My result is wrong. What now?

Contact the organizer from the event page — they hold the timing data and can correct it. Corrections propagate to your profile automatically.

Organizers

What does it cost to list a race?

Nothing to list. Runners pay the flat service fee at checkout, and payouts land in your account within five business days of race day.

Can I move from runner to organizer?

Yes — switch on organizer tools from your settings. You never need a second account, and your runner profile and results stay exactly as they are.

Still stuck?

Race-day questions get answered fastest by the organizer on the event page. Everything else comes to us.
